My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially as a 'dog friendly hotel', were large and nicely appointed but unfortunately quite damp. The quiet ambiance was a plus, but the dampness was a big downside. The service I received was professional, very helpful, and friendly, particularly during check-in and in room status checks. However, I did find the room dampness concerning and suggest a thorough check upon arrival. The location allowed for peaceful walks with my leashed dog in a grassy area away from road noise, which was lovely, but I would recommend checking the room thoroughly. Dining options were quite good overall, but I had a minor issue with the brightness affecting the freshness of my bagel. The hotel facilities were satisfactory in general, offering dry cleaning, laundry, airport shuttle, and wake-up services. Value for money was fair overall despite the dampness issue in the room.
